The link provided references the State of Georgia Code. The site is called LexisNexis. (For those that dont know), this site is a popular search engine for lawyers / students / legislators / researchers, ect. The public has free access to the code. But we need special login/password to access the case law that is cited for each particular code. (This site was accessed from the State of Georgia (official) government website.)
